The space The space Come stay at our fully renovated 2 bedroom + Loft / 2 bathroom Dome House located in the heart of Livingston Manor. It features a brand new full kitchen, a relaxing living-room with plenty of light and a wood stove to keep you cozy, TV upstairs in the loft when you want to relax indoors, and new bathrooms for your comfort. Outdoor space - the house sits quietly on the top of Shandelee Mountain with sweeping views off the yard. There is a private deck where you can BBQ, dine and relax! Sit around the fire with your partner or friends and enjoy the peacefulness of the property. If you want to cook a few meals at home, you will find a large open kitchen that is equipped with all the essentials. There is a dining table for 4-6 and plenty of other seating around the house. The house has 2 nice sized bedrooms with Queen beds and sitting chairs. We also have a futon bed upstairs in the Loft area so there is plenty of room to sleep! In addition, there are 2 brand new bathrooms - 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. All beds boast Bedsure linens for your comfort! The living area is well appointed with seating for at least 6 people. We also have a loft upstairs with extra room to hang out and a TV to watch movies or stream on - and of course, we offer free high-speed internet for those who want to stay connected! The Kitchen is well stocked and includes all the essentials such as: Plates / Bowls Coffee cups Drinking Glasses Martini Glasses Wine Glasses Stove-Top Oven Full-size fridge Tea Kettle French Press Cookware set Frying Pan Grill pan Roasting Pan Baking dishes Serving and eating utensils Basic cleaning supplies Basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar) Toilet Paper Paper Towels Outdoor BBQ Firewood A few other things to note: We do not have a microwave (trying to stay as healthy as we can) . We do not typically stock the fridge with food or drink. We will provide you with plenty of guidance for local food shopping and dining options. We provide an AC unit in the living spaces and fans in the bedroom. There is also baseboard heating throughout in the winter months. Guest access Guest has sole access to the home Other things to note The Dome House is situated on a small lot with pretty views and surrounded by trees on all sides to offer good privacy. The house does sit off of Shandelee Road which is well traveled so you will see cars driving by. The noise is limited though. Please note: a doorbell camera is installed at the front door and monitors the exterior entry area only.
