Full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, A/C, high-speed wifi, large flat-screen TV, king-sized bed plus queen-sized pullout, BBQ, secure bike & ski storage, and a firepit for you to enjoy! The space This newly constructed, centrally located open-concept studio apartment, with 9.5 foot-high ceilings is located on the ground level, and is accessible via a flat off-street parking space mere steps from the entrance, with no steps to navigate. Helpful for those with mobility challenges. Relax and read or watch the large flatscreen TV in the comfy king-sized bed, or the high-end leather queen-sized pullout couch. The kitchen has a large island that seats four comfortably (also doubles as a great workspace) and is fully-stocked. It hosts an electric cooktop, a microwave convection oven with air-frying and grilling modes, a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer and everything else you could possibly need. The private bathroom is spacious, with a large bright walk-in shower. We have taken steps for the bathroom to be accessible for those with mobility challenges as well. Grab bars are located both inside the shower (along with a fold-down seat), and next to the toilet as well. The bathroom also houses a stackable clothes washer/dryer for your convenience. Outside you'll find a lawn area with a hammock, a firepit, a separate BBQ/grill, plus a bike repair stand and bike wash area too. Speaking of bikes and other sports gear, outside is also a secure storage shed for your bikes, skiis, golf clubs or other sports gear. We are located on both the free ski-shuttle-bus route and along the main paved bicycle trail that takes you directly to one of the main trailheads at the edge of town. The fantastic grocery store, bakery, a number of restaurants, the bike/ski shops, local brewery and all other amenities are right at your doorstep without having to drive anywhere! Guest access You will have your own apartment with separate keypad controlled access, and your own designated off-street parking space. A shaded yard area with a firepit, and a hammock are here for your enjoyment along with a separate BBQ/grill and a bike repair stand and bike wash. Other things to note Bears do frequent the property from time-to-time. Particularly during overnight or early morning hours. Please be conscious not to leave ANY food waste outside or in the shed or in your vehicle. Burning off residue on the BBQ after your food is cooked isn't a bad idea, either. If you come across one, just be calm and give them space, back away slowly and they'll move along quickly. If they have cubs be extra cautious as mom will be protective.
