This cabin is 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and located near Mills Park. It offers 2 king bedrooms with in-room jacuzzis and flat screen TVs, a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a full kitchen, a loft area with a queen bed and a washer and dryer, a pool table, and a hot tub. The space Age requirement to book: 21 or older. Laurel Haven is a great two-bedroom cabin located just a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin features a long, rustic front deck where you can either sit in a rocking chair and enjoy the view or relax in the hot tub. It also offers an outdoor fire pit with a seating area to enjoy any season! The living area on the main floor features a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa. On either side of the living area is a king bedroom with a private bath/shower, an in-room jacuzzi, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Upstairs is an open loft area that overlooks the living area and opens out to a private screened-in porch with a pool table. The loft features a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a washer and dryer. Laurel Haven offers many amenities, and, as if that weren't enough, the cabin is conveniently located near Mills Park and within walking distance of a trolley stop. Laurel Haven is a wonderful cabin that your family is sure to love. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Host is off-site. Other things to note Mountain Roads: During winter months, (February to March) it is advisable to check weather conditions and consider using a vehicle with four-wheel drive for added safety. ​Wildlife: The cabin is surrounded by nature, and you may encounter local wildlife such as deer, birds, and even bears. We recommend keeping a safe distance and securing any food or trash properly to avoid attracting animals. ​Quiet Hours: While guests have the entire property to themselves, we ask that you respect quiet hours, particularly at night, to ensure the peaceful environment for both you and any nearby neighbors.
