Welcome to The Wrangler by the property manager! Located in the vibrant Hope Gardens neighborhood, this newly renovated single-story retreat is just minutes from downtown Nashville. Enjoy the spacious living room, challenge friends in the game room, or unwind in the fully fenced backyard with a hot tub, firepit, and mini-golf area. This open-concept home blends style, relaxation, and convenience, making it perfect for families, friends, or work-from-home getaways. This home is conveniently located near the highway, offering quick access to major routes. While the bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned to minimize road noise, you may occasionally hear the hum of a truck passing through the living room area. If you’re a particularly light sleeper, we also have a large portfolio of homes throughout the city in quieter residential areas. We’re always happy to help you find the perfect fit for your stay. The neighborhood itself is undergoing exciting growth, with a blend of newly constructed homes and classic older properties that add character and charm. This area reflects the dynamic spirit of a community that's evolving, combining urban convenience with a warm, neighborhood feel. You’ll notice a mix of residential streets and more urban, industrial pockets—while it’s not the most walkable area, everything you need is just a quick Uber ride away. It’s a great place to enjoy both modern amenities and local charm. Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally cleaned and the water is refreshed prior to each arrival. During colder temperatures, when the water has been replaced, it may take up to 24 hours from check-in for the hot tub to fully heat while covered and retaining warmth. *Please note that in cold weather, the hot tub may have difficulty maintaining temperatures above 95°F.* The living room fireplace is not functional. - Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation. - No smoking is permitted on the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. - All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. There are no breed or weight restrictions. Please note: - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and charges will be applied as needed. - If the home requires excessive cleaning due to pets (ex. excessive pet hair, stains, odor, accidents, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed. - Guests must clean up all pet waste in the yard and dispose of it properly in the designated trash cans/dumpsters. Please refrain from using decorations that include glitter or confetti or using tape, tacks, or other adhesive on the surfaces. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules above or for excessive cleaning required. Hot Tub Rules - Cover the hot tub when it's not being used. - No glass in or around the hot tub - A $400 fee will be charged if glass or other substances are found in the hot tub
