Welcome to our 3 bedroom beachside home nestled in the picturesque village of Croyde. A 5 minute stroll to the beach and 10 minutes to the village, with its shops, restaurants and cosy pubs. Sleeping 8, with an en-suite and family bathroom, woodburner, BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. We’ve made this home ideal for families, with toys, books, games and a secure garden so pets are welcome too, so everyone can join the fun! We've also provided a workspace should you need to work from the beach! The space Spending time with family and friends are what holidays are all about. Our family has been letting Goldsands for 20+ years and we have made it a relaxing base for you to savour your time together. We hope that you enjoy your holiday here in Croyde as much as we do. The property has a beach theme with wooden floors and a secluded southwest facing garden. Garden: The private garden is a great place for relaxing. Enjoy soaking up the sun with a good book while watching the children play. Alfresco dining with a BBQ patio area, raised patio dining area. There is a summerhouse with outdoor and beach toys. A side gate enables access from the front drive. Living room: A triple aspect room with recliner sofas providing ample seating. A woodburner provides a cosy feel for those spring and autumn evenings. A Smart TV with basic sky package, DVD player and a selection of DVDs for those not so good weather days. Dining room: 1 step down from the lounge, the dining room area has a double sofa and a large dining table seating 8 for family meals. An additional space to socialise or a workspace. A high chair is available along with a booster seat on request. Kitchen: A country style kitchen with wooden worktop. Appliances include an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with ensuite. Double bed, and storage for clothing. Workspace with Desk, monitor tv and chair. Bedroom2: Double room with double metal framed bed, with chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Family room with a triple bunk with double and single bed. Double single bed bunk and built in wardobe. Childrens games and books. Bathroom: Family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, bath, WC and basin plus heated towel rail. Hand towels are provided. Ensuite - has a corner shower, WC and basin plus heated towel rail. Hand towels are provided. Front garden/drive has parking for 2 large cars. With the beach so close and beautiful surrounding countryside you will have lots of options to enjoy your stay. Head to the beach in the morning to explore the rockpools or bodyboard in the waves. Return to the property to dry off, grab some food then wander up to Baggy point to take in the views. Or stroll down to the village to pick your favourite flavour from the icecream shop. Fancy a change of beach, head to Saunton (2.8m), Putsborough (1.5m) or Woolacombe (5m) - all along coastal walks with lovely views ( all dog friendly in the summer). Or venture further afield to Exmoor to search for the wild ponies. Guest access Whole property.
