A few things to keep in mind: - Bathrooms and showers are compact, as is typical for RV accommodations. - Systems and controls may differ from a traditional home—we’re happy to help anytime! - Toilet use: Only flush toilet paper (the kind we provide) and human waste. Never flush anything else—no wipes (even "flushable" ones), sanitary products, paper towels, food scraps, chemicals not designed for RV toilets, or excessive tissue. These can cause clogs, damage seals, or create expensive repair issues. If you need help operating anything, just reach out—we’re here for you! 🏡 House Rules - No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking is allowed). If smoke is present inside you will be charged a 250.00 fee. - No pets allowed (certified service animals permitted with prior approval). We do not charge a cleaning fee—to help us keep it that way, we kindly ask guests to leave the space as they found it (be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ guest!): - Wash and put away all dishes - Take trash to the designated blue trash cans - Place used towels in the shower - Leave used linens on the main bed ✨ Prefer to skip cleaning? We offer an optional $100 professional cleaning service just let us know and we’ll arrange it for you and send a payment request through the App. 🔥 Firewood & Grilling - Firewood is occasionally available on-site for guest use (honor system). If you use any, we kindly ask that you replace an equivalent amount for future guests. Bringing your own firewood is always recommended. - Please keep fires modest in size. During windy conditions, we advise against building a fire for safety reasons. - Never leave a fire unattended, and fully extinguish it before leaving the area. 🍔 Grilling: - Charcoal and/or propane grills are available depending on your unit. - Propane is provided; guests should bring charcoal and any specialty supplies. - Basic grilling utensils are included. - Please clean the grill and surrounding area after use for the next guest. ⚠️ Safety & Nature Notes - This is a natural setting—wildlife and insects are common. Bug spray is recommended for mosquitos and other biting bugs. - You may encounter neighborhood dogs or wildlife along the lake path. - Wasps are present in the area. Spray is located under the sink. Please avoid disturbing nests and notify us if you see one—we’ll take care of it quickly. 🌊 Lake Access The lake is public access. Please use only the designated paths through the fence on our property, located behind the tiny homes and Texas Bus. Do not cross fences or enter neighboring properties. ✨ Final Note Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re here to make your visit comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. If you need anything at all, don’t hesitate to reach out. Safe travels—we look forward to hosting you! 😊 in
