Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Guest access You'll check in using the access code provided in your arrival email. The main house entrance faces away from the water toward the parking circle - enter your code, and the light will flash green before you turn the handle. The garage apartment entrance is in the rear of the unit facing away from the water and uses the same lock system. Self check-in means you can go straight to your unit anytime after 4pm on arrival day. Check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee - if either is offered, you'll receive an email or text message. Other things to note You'll find complimentary start-up amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, and a sponge. All linens and towel sets are provided, with backups located in the unit. Beach towels are in the second floor hall closet. Your stay includes a damage waiver covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage.
