There may also be other guests in the apartment above you. We request that our guests be quiet and respectful to others at this and neighboring properties. Centrally located in San Franciso's hilly and quaint Castro District. This property is an 11-minute walk to the Castro Street Muni Station, a 17-minute walk to Dolores Park, an 8-minute walk to Castro Street, and a 16-minute walk to 24th Street in Noe Valley. The nearest grocery store is Mollie Stone's, which is an 8-minute walk away. The nearest dry cleaner and wash-n-fold service is a 6-minute walk away, although there are many to choose from in the neighborhood. Nearby Castro Street and 24th Street offer conveniences such as Walgreens, restaurants and coffee shops, post offices, banks, nail and hair salons, and many others. Guest access You will have your own private studio apartment. You will be able to self check in with a door code that will be provided to you prior to your check in time. Access to the apartment from the street will be via a long staircase, so please keep this in mind if you have special access needs or will have heavy luggage. This apartment is at the rear and bottom portion of our residence. The exterior areas such as staircase and terrace may be shared with us and other guests occasionally. Street parking only. It is relatively easy to find street parking in our neighborhood. You can apply for a temporary street parking permit with SFMTA (allow a couple of weeks). Also, our nearest cross street does not require a street parking permit. Other things to note You can have food delivered to this address (see House Manual). However, delivery trucks like Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc. will not access the back alley where this address is, so if you would like packages delivered, please contact me through the app. You can have the packages delivered to my address at the front of the house, and I can take your packages down to you.
