PARKING is not available at the property. There are several parking spaces in the area providing hourly and daily rates. Visitor Policy: We allow guests to have visitors only until 10pm to avoid additional fee of 400php per guest; However, the allowed maximum number of guests at any time, including visitors, is limited to the total capacity stated in the listing and please inform our staff if you have guests coming. Guest ID Policy: To ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests, we require the following: ☑️ Photo ID Verification: All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport). This helps us confirm your identity and match it with your reservation. Lastly, This is also required for move in & move out clearance that will be submitted to the condo’s admin. ☑️ Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book the condo. If any guests are under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult. Guest access AMENITIES FREE OF USE: 2 GUESTS ONLY (8am-10pm from Tuesday to Sunday, under maintenance every Monday) ✅POOL ✅GYM ✅KIDS CENTER Additional access: Php 200 Other things to note 💵PAYMENT TERMS💵 (PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY) Security Deposit (1,000php) is required days before checking in to secure the slot. Once paid, it’s NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit is only fully refunded upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Also, this amount can’t be used to pay the overnight rate. Mode of payments: GCASH and cash (if you’re near the area) Overnight rates should be paid PRIOR check-in. Our rates are standard regardless of late check-in. We also have late check-out charges. Mode of payment: GCASH or cash.
