The space A 23-sqm studio unit neatly equipped with: FIBER Internet with high speed of up to 50Mbps FREE Netflix and HBOGO access Bedroom: a spacious double-sized bed; pillows, and blankets for additional guests; huge cabinet with hangers; 1.5HP A/ C (free of use); window curtains Living Area: a sofa set; iron; 43-inch TV with Netflix and HBO GO Window curtains; painting and wall decor; 7ft full size mirror Kitchen / Dining Area: a full-sized refrigerator; electric range with exhaust fan; microwave oven; rice cooker; electric kettle; basic cooking utensils (except condiments); dining set of 4, set of 4 dining-wares and silverwares; droplight; smoke detector and alarm Bathroom: a water heater; toilet bidet; hair dryer Provision of the basic toiletries (i.e. bath towel, soap, shampoo, hand soap, tissue): - stay of less than a week — ONLY ONCE PER GUEST FOR THE ENTIRE STAY - stay of more than a week - ONCE A WEEK UPON REQUEST Guest access Access to swimming pool and gym located at the 9th floor. It is accessible during Tuesdays to Sundays only (except holidays) from 8AM to 5PM. Pool can be access for ₱100/pax. NOTE: The pool may be closed at anytime without prior notice for maintenance and sanitation purposes. As this is only for our guests, failure to use any of the amenities due to temporary closure warranted by the residential condominium administration won't grant any form of refund. PARKING: We do not have free parking. Though, there is street parking and pay parking off premises. Other things to note HBO Max and Disney+ are still available in the Philippines, but I will no longer be offering them. Thanks to the government’s new digital tax, it now costs more — and honestly, it’s not worth it. Appreciate your understanding.
