The space This calming retreat, located on the Gulf beach in Fort Morgan, Alabama, features a 5 bedroom (+ sleeping loft), 4 bathroom home that sleeps 18. This recently renovated (Nov 2025) property is the East side unit of a duplex ("Cair Paravel"), that includes a very large private pool shared only with the other side of the duplex, and uniquely offers views of both the Gulf and the Mobile Bay. You have your own private hot tub elevated on the upper patio deck so you can view watch dolphins jump or enjoy the sunset while you soak. Cair Paravel East is a two level home with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, screened in porch and pool. The first level features the main living space, with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and access to the screened porch. The first level also includes a Gulf-view King suite with a full bathroom and opens onto the porch, a second King bedroom and another full bathroom. The living room has a new flat screen tv, and each bedroom has its own Roku tv. The second level includes a sleeping loft with a full-size daybed and twin trundle, a Bay-view bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, a jack-and-jill bathroom, a spacious Gulf-view bedroom with two queen beds, and the Master King suite. The beautifully renovated Master Suite is enormous, featuring a King bed, desk and tv, and a completely new bathroom with a tile walk-in shower and granite countertops. The views from the Master Suite are unbeatable. Take a peak at the Mobile Bay from the bathroom, and enjoy the amazing Gulf views from the bedroom or from the covered porch attached to the Master suite and the 2 Queen Bedroom. Convenience is key with the pool and the beach just steps from the house. The pool deck is large enough to serve meals, play games and soak up the sun. Swim laps or just lounge in the huge pool while the little ones enjoy the small wading pool attached to it. A short boardwalk leads directly to the open, white sand where you can set up an umbrella or tent and chairs, kayak, fish, search for sea shells, or just relax on the beach. We’ve added blackout curtains to every room, so you can wake up with the gorgeous ocean sunrise—or close them and enjoy a little extra sleep on your relaxing vacation.
