Welcome to your perfect escape just minutes from the entrance to Valle de Guadalupe! Located in a calm, secure gated community, this newly built home is just 15 minutes from Ensenada city center and within easy reach of Rosarito. Whether you're planning a relaxing weekend in the jacuzzi, or a fun trip with friends and family, this spacious home is ideal for large groups—comfortably sleeping 14 guests!! No parties, no music after 10pm. Pet friendly (pets need to be added to reservation). The space On the first floor, you’ll find a bright and open space featuring the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Large sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and open up to a rear patio with a 7 person jacuzzi and breathtaking views—you can even see the ocean on clear days! There is a sofa bed located in the living room (sleeps 2). Up on the second floor, there are three cozy bedrooms: -The main bedroom features a King size bed and its own private bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet. (sleeps 2) -A second bedroom includes two bunk beds—each with a full-size lower bed and a twin upper bed, perfect for groups or kids (sleeps 6). -The third bedroom has a full-size bed and a double sofa bed. (sleeps 4). These two rooms share a second full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with black-out curtains and ceiling fans for your comfort. Head to the third floor and you'll find a beautiful rooftop terrace with an outdoor couch and a grill—the perfect place to relax, feel the breeze, and catch a stunning sunset. No noise after 10pm. Two parking spaces in the driveway and one allowed in front of the house on the street. More visitor parking available in the next street if needed (in front of the pool). Guest access You’ll have two private parking spaces in the house, and one in front of the house, ask if you need space for a fourth vehicle (visitor parking). The gated community also offers a large, refreshing pool (not heated), complete with sun loungers, chairs, and tables—ideal for a sunny day by the water. These amenities are shared with the neighbors. The pool is going to be available everyday from 8am to 10pm, but the table area sometimes may be reserved by the residents. For your convenience, check-in is fully autonomous. On the day of your arrival, you will receive clear instructions along with a code to open the door.
