Tulum is a destination in the middle of nature where power outages can occur on an occasional basis. For your convenience, the complex is equipped with emergency generators. The tropical climate can sometimes affect the electronic components of elevators. While maintenance is regular, a temporary malfunction may occur, which may impact accessibility. To preserve the tranquility of the place, calm is expected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. We thank you for your understanding and will be delighted to host you in this unique space combining comfort and natural immersion. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests. Two bedrooms downstairs, one bedroom upstairs on the terrace. PGA players: contact the PM for a discount. Divers, cave & free divers, we have the rack and hangers for wetsuits. Free private parking upon request. You just have to remove the owners' car, but this must be requested 24/36 hours in advance. Other things to note Tulum now offers two public access corridors that allow visitors to reach the beaches inside Parque del Jaguar all year round. The traditional pathway – long requested by local residents and artisans – is open and free of charge. If you wish to visit the museum, the observation tower, or the official trail network inside the park, you may choose to purchase a ticket. However, access to the beach itself is free of charge. Limitation of Liability: The Owner and Manager will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury resulting from such incidents or unforeseen events, including, but not limited to, those caused by natural phenomena, force majeure, nearby construction activities, or accidents from surrounding properties. 3. No compensation for unforeseen events: The Customer understands and agrees that the Owner and Manager are not required to provide compensation, refunds, or alternative accommodation for inconveniences arising from events beyond their control or third-party service providers as set out in points 2 and 3. 4. Noise: Please note there may be construction noise near the complex. It stops at 5pm and doesn't happen on weekends. This noise is out of the control of the owner and the property manager. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
