Situated in a serene private canyon above the city. ### Winter weather and the driveway: #### We HIGHLY recommend a 4 WheelDrive or All WheelDrive vehicle in the winter months. #### We have a plow service after each snowfall over 1 inch or so. Bob Clearwater, property manager, will be at the house using our snow blower, too. ***** There is always some ice near the top of the driveway until ice melt and sun has done the job. When coming up the driveway you need to keep some speed at 5 to 10 mph driving straight up without hitting the brakes or stopping before reaching the top. There is plenty of room at the top to slow down before reaching the house. ### You can drive up to the front door to park and unload luggage. If you prefer, there is more room in front of the garage doors for parking. ### Access to the garage is NOT included in this rental. Other things to note There is plenty of parking on the driveway in front of the garage and outside the front door. Very private five acre canyon with lots of deer, bears, foxes and other wild animals that come by to visit. NO PETS are allowed in the house. No smoking or vaping inside the house.
