If you need a little extra time, please reach out in advance. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a $150 fee to accommodate our cleaning schedule. • 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 & 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 – The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. If you plan to have additional guests or bring pets, please contact us for prior approval. Unapproved guests or pets may result in a $300 fee and possible cancellation without refund. • 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 – Please keep all furniture in its original place. If items need to be reset after your stay, a $300 fee may apply. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the home. If smoke or vapor is detected, a $300 deep cleaning fee will be charged to restore the space to its original condition. • 𝗟𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 – Our lawn care service typically comes on weekdays. However, due to Houston’s weather, the schedule may occasionally shift to weekends. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the yard neat and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your cooperation. These small steps help ensure a wonderful experience for you and future guests.
