Low Tide -short walk to the beach

Welcome to Low Tide, a family beach home, just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy easy access to everything Apollo Bay has to offer from this perfectly located home base. Two bedrooms share the family bathroom downstairs while the upstairs has its own en-suite. The kitchen has good size fridge freezer, oven plus cook top, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining table seats 6 comfortably plus 4 at the kitchen bench. Outside is a deck area with outdoor dining overlooking the mature garden. The space Downstairs is the main living area and kitchen plus 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and a twin single bedroom. Upstairs is another queen bedroom with en-suite with toilet and shower. Ample wardrobe space plus a small sofa. The upstairs space is open plan as you walk up the stairs but has a closed off en-suite. Guest access Guests have access to the home. There is a 4th bedroom that is locked off for owners use and the garage is not available to guests. Guests have access to the 3 bedrooms, living areas and garden. Other things to note Please be aware there is no air conditioning in the home. The main living space is on the ground level which usually is cool. Just 1 bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. There are 2 pedestal fans.
