Room for your whole group, easily accommodating 10 guests & providing a comfortable space for everyone including the dogs. The home's main entrance is up one flight of stairs. Enter into the great room with views all around. There is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom on the first floor, along with another full bathroom and laundry room. The second floor includes 3 more bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and the 3rd full bathroom. The newly finished lower level features a family room w/TV. The mountain backdrop features views of Song Mountain Ski Resort. The location right on the water welcomes swimming and fishing in the warmer months. Kayaks and Paddleboards are available! Waterski, wakeboard and tube with us (inquire for details/fee). We have outdoor seating, dining, a propane grill & a waterfront firepit (including wood) for you to enjoy. Other things to note Heron's Landing is a large property under development. Once you enter, you will be directed to the end of the driveway where the house is located on the water. We have Kayaks and Paddleboards available. There are 6 adult life jackets and 3 youth sized life jackets. Please consider bringing your own life jacket for smaller children. Water shoes are also recommended. There is a dock for swimming, pictured in exterior photos.
