This is the mountain lifestyle reimagined! A winding, paved road takes you to our new "Mountain Modern" cabin. Upon entering, take in the views with walls of glass w/ all-day natural light and gorgeous dusk views. Treehouse living! Explore the woods, grill steaks outdoors or relax at the outdoor fireplace with big screen TV and comfy seating. Near hiking/mountain bike trails, you’re away from the crowds—but less than 10 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge and Blue Ridge Lake. The space THE SPACE: Your cabin is spacious, with plenty of room to roam or flop in the large living room. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, and a detached lower level with bunk room and bath. You can spend your mornings sipping coffee on an expansive deck that overlooks the woods—open the doors and windows to take in the cool mountain air, listening to nature. Marble countertops, gourmet kitchen, soaring, beamed ceilings throughout, gas log fireplace on the interior and on the sprawling outdoor deck, massive walk-in tile showers with integrated rain heads, walk-in closets, and designer lighting throughout. COZY AND RELAXING: Spend your evenings nestled on the comfy sofa in front of the crackling fireplace. Read a book or watch a movie on your big screen TV. Or perhaps you prefer to gather around the outdoor fireplace and watch the game on the TV there! Or just relax on the moonlit deck and watch the stars come out. SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS: You and the members of your party will enjoy the restful sleep that only a mountain cabin can offer. Both main floor bedrooms offer ensuite baths and king beds which comfortably sleeps two guests. Some of your party might even choose to sleep on the large sectional sofa in the main room. All beds feature top-quality sheets that breathe—keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. MODERN CONVENIENCES: Your cabin offers plenty of modern conveniences, including large screen TVs in the living room, both bedrooms, and the outside deck. If you need to work remotely, you can, using the cabin’s WiFi connectivity. Or take your work to the outdoor dining table or sofa, and let nature be your backdrop. STOCKED KITCHEN: You can cook your meals in a fully stocked kitchen, which includes a Keurig coffee machine. Prepare a gourmet meal for your party with the all new stainless appliances! Eat at the large, inviting marble-topped island, open to the kitchen and the main room. Or step outside to the expansive deck with table and chairs, just off the main room of the cabin. WASHER/DRYER: Brand new and on the main level, with plenty of lighting. Guest access You have access to the main level of the cabin, the decks, and the surrounding property. The lower level bunk room is off limits and will not be accessed during your stay. Other things to note Just 10 minutes from Blue Ridge and Lake Blue Ridge, you are minutes from: Tubing, rafting or kayaking the Toccoa River An array of wineries and the famous Mercier Orchards, a picturesque, 300-acre orchard started in 1943 & with a variety of pick-your-own seasonal fruits. A large selection of eateries, from casual to fine dining. Shop, dine and unwind on the river! Scenic drives, hiking, horseback riding and ziplining The famous Blue Ridge Scenic Railway - don't let the train leave without you! (Runs March - December) Proximity to wildlife is a wonderful bonus of staying in a cabin in the woods. You will see plenty of hummingbirds, squirrels, and deer, too. The woods are also home to bears, which are breathtaking to behold. Respect their homes and their cubs—and do not leave food outside for them to find—and you should get along just fine. The owner of the cabin is extremely allergic; we regret no pets of any kind can be allowed on the property. We hope you enjoy your stay in our secluded mountain getaway. Breathe. Relax. Live!
