Welcome to Santa Cruz! Come enjoy our cottage which has been remodeled and furnished with a great beach vibe. Open kitchen, dining area and living room with a large tv provide a great experience for all. Outdoor living space that is private and cozy - amazing with the lights on at night. We have beach chairs, boogie boards and an outdoor shower. Walk 2 minutes to Blacks beach, farmers market on Sundays, coffee shops, restaurants, and the harbor. We invite you to enjoy our beautiful home. The space - We have two bedrooms and can accommodate two kids on sofa or floor mats. - We have a carport for one car. - Very private courtyard shown in photos. You can bbq and hang out. - No backyard but the front is an absolute pleasure. Guest access Lockbox. Other things to note We have a closet in each room available for our guests. We offer great bedding and plush towels for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen. You can use our seasonings and anything that is in the refrigerator (basics). Washer/dryer; iron; blow dryer.
