Cozy house by the sea with fireplace and spa bath

This newly refurbished cottage with exclusive and modern interior is situated on a cliff direcly by the ocean. The view over the sea is astonishing, with the sun setting over the archipelago. Perfect stay for summer vacations, nature exploring, fishing, or just for a relaxing retreat. A sunset spa out on the rocks can be booked to an extra fee, as well as bed linen and towels. The space This 45 sqm cottage has a scandinavian interior with colours and materials from the nature, to offer a harmonic and relaxing stay. There is an open fireplace in the center of the house. There is a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. In the living room there is a bed sofa that makes a 140 cm bed. The living room is combined with kitchen and dining room. The property is large and consists mainly of high rocks and wild nature, with several places to sit and relax and enjoy the atmosphere and astonishing view. The front porch of the house offers cosy and peaceful retreats with morning sun. On the sea side there is a large terrace with cosy furniture, where afternoon sun and sunsets can be enjoyed. There is direct access to the water, with a bridge to go for a swim from. There is also an official beach a few hundred meters away, that can be reached by a path through the forest. There is an outdoor spa bath with sunset view on a cliff, that can be rented. The spa bath is also used by the host family and other guests. The price is 150 SEK per person (up to 2h if booked after), towel and slippers included. Minimum age 7 years old, price for 7-15 yo is 100 SEK per person. There are two semi-connected cottages on the property, both available on AirBnb. Some outdoor areas are private and some are shared. For larger groups, or for extra privacy, both cottages can be rented. We also have another house on the property next door available on AirBnb, if you want to bring even a larger group. The three houses together can take up to 16 persons. Guest access Your cottage has a private balcony to the east and to the west. The garden to the west has your private character. The dock and spa bath are shared with other guests. Other things to note There are high rocks on the property, so children must be supervised. Please note that this listing does not include bed linen and towels, so you will need to bring your own.
