There is 24/7 security for your comfort. Visitors are welcome in the unit once they have registered with security. Other things to note Location, location, location! Many condos in the city are right on top of the nightclubs and bar zone with lots of traffic noise mixed in. The condos on the hillside of Conchas Chinas have extreme stairs and hills and are not really 'walk-able'. We found the location of this condo to be a perfect combination of walk-ability to everything and yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or sunset drinks on the large terrace.
