Other things to note Important Information House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Renting Requirement Policy: Must be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. The unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
