Guest access You’ll have private keyless access to the entire home and private outdoor areas, giving your group the space and convenience to relax from the moment you arrive. If you need anything during your stay, guest support is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. To ensure every home is cleaned and prepared to our standards, early check-in and late checkout are not available. Other things to note To book this home, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. To help us keep the home in great condition for every guest, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules: No smoking inside the home No pets allowed No parties or events No unregistered guests unless approved in advance Starter supplies We provide a small starter set of essentials to help you settle in, including: 3 trash bags 1 roll of paper towels 2 dishwasher pods 2 laundry pods Each bathroom is stocked with: Wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Hand soap 2 rolls of toilet paper For anything additional, a Target is located about 1 mile away, making it easy to pick up extra supplies for the rest of your stay. Grill rental A BBQ grill is available for $75 per stay, which includes propane, cleaning, and unlimited use during your stay. Pool & spa heat Pool and spa heat are available for $35 per day, with a 3-night minimum. When heated, the pool is set to 85°F and the spa to 102°F. Pool heat is usually recommended from November through March. During warmer months, many guests find the pool comfortable without added heat, though families with young children or guests wanting to enjoy the spa often still choose it. Please note that during colder winter nights, especially when temperatures dip into the 40s or 50s, the pool heater may not be able to maintain the usual temperature, and pool water may feel closer to the mid-70s. The spa will continue to heat normally. Pool maintenance Our pool service team visits weekly, usually on Fridays, to keep the pool clean and well maintained. You do not need to be present during service, as they access the area through the backyard. For safety, they may ask guests to briefly step out of the pool while service is being completed. Air conditioning The A/C controller is located on the second floor and can be adjusted to your preferred comfort level. Mid-stay cleaning may be available for an additional fee upon request. Package delivery Please note that USPS does not reliably deliver to vacation homes, and packages sent through USPS may be returned to sender. Deliveries through UPS, FedEx, and DHL are typically left at the doorstep.
