Properties do not offer cable. THINGS TO NOTE: Age Requirement: All guests staying at this property must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age verification will occur after booking confirmation with picture ID. Damage Waiver Deposit: A security fee is required for each stay. If damages are determined to have been caused by malicious intent, the right to seek additional compensation is reserved. Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with an additional fee, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. All dogs must remain leashed at all times for the safety of guests and the surrounding area. Please do not leave dogs unattended at the property—either take them with you or secure them in a kennel. Barking or disruptive pets will not be permitted. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Breed restrictions apply. Credit Card Fee: A non-refundable credit card processing fee is applied to all reservations. Cleaning for Extended Stays: For reservations lasting 14 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Guests may also request this service for shorter stays for an additional fee. Other things to note House Rules: We kindly ask that you close and lock all doors and windows when you leave. We ask that you put the thermostat back to original temperature. Please do not adjust the temperature or chemicals in the hot tub. Please do not leave children unattended. Please do not leave anything connected to the dock at any time. The dock is used for loading and unloading only. No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Please don't eat or drink in bedrooms. Please respect neighbors and noise curfew. Please don't rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes and take out the trash. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Pine Hollow has a dock that is in the water Memorial Day thru mid-September. If you are staying with us in September and interested in using the dock, please reach out to us before your stay to ensure dock is still in the water.
