Pineapple Village is in a great, central location and being at Margaritaville makes it convenient to grab a taxi when you need Nearby by car: Adventure is Just Minutes Away * Red Hook (6-Minute Drive): Bars, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St. John, it’s all just a quick trip from your door. * More Beaches, More Fun: Explore nearby gems like Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Secret Harbor, all within easy reach. - Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 11 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not. - Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 20 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests. Important to Note: * While the condo itself is completely private, you may encounter vendors who service the property like a landcapers or pest control. They are both managed by the association. * Signing a rental agreement is requirement to rent this condo.
