Luxury brand new beachfront penthouse directly on beautiful Sandy Ground Beach. This spacious third floor unit is 1,640 square feet. The unit has two terraces, a walk-in shower with handheld & rain shower, a gourmet kitchen, and more. Location is ideal as you can walk to ten plus restaurants. Being on the Caribbean side of the island, the beach is typically always calm & crystal clear. If your dates are not available, it is recommended to still message us as we have two other units in the building of three units. If traveling with a large group, multiple units may be booked together. Please be advised that you must sign a waiver to use the kayaks. Our staff are not able to come and collect you at sea in case you venture far from the shore / beach. Kayaks are on a first come, first serve basis. Beach access is on ground floor at beach gate. Other things to note Cleaning service provided except on Sundays and public holidays upon request. A 13% tax is collected and paid each month to the island government. Please note, you will be charged this GST tax whenever making purchases on the island. (Restaurants, shops, car rentals, etc.)
