The location is strategic, about 2 km from the center of Brescia and 20 km from Lake Garda, but outside the city traffic and close to the main roads. Comfortable, elegant and discreet with direct access from the garage. The space The apartment is on the ground and first floor, there are 2 entrances, one pedestrian from the courtyard and one directly from the garage. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with a 65" smart TV, a large oak table and natural slate floors with everything you need to enjoy lunches or dinners with friends. On the same floor, there is also the oriental-style double bedroom and the large bathroom with a double shower and two sinks. Through an iron staircase with an industrial flavor, you can access the first floor where the spacious living room is developed with a 4k projector and a robotic screen of 120"with Netflix, prime video, youtube, and a modular corner sofa that, if necessary, with the use of a topper becomes a very comfortable double bed. From the living room, you can access the luxurious master room with a queen-size bed, 5-meter-high ceilings and large windows that will allow you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Also on the first floor, another double room has been created with single beds and glass and iron floors in pure industrial style. Throughout the house there are motorized skylights that provide natural light and air to the entire apartment. Maximum comfort is guaranteed by a modern heating and cooling system. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and 1 parking space inside the garage. Other things to note Before your arrival, all the necessary instructions will be provided to check in with the utmost simplicity and on your own. The ACCOMMODATION TAX must be left inside the apartment and amounts to €3.50 per person per day. To stay, it will be mandatory to provide the documents of all guests for check-in, this obligation was introduced by the Security Decree in Italy (art. 19-bis D.L. nr. 113/2018) which introduces an authentic interpretation of art. 109 of Royal Decree 18/06/1931, no. 773 (Consolidated Text of Public Safety Laws).
