The space The apartment is on the ground floor and first, there are 2 entrances, a pedestrian entrance from the courtyard and one directly from the garage. On the ground floor there is a large living kitchen with 65 "smart TV, an important oak table and natural slate floors with everything you need to enjoy lunches or dinners in company. On the same floor is also the oriental-style double bedroom and the large bathroom with a double shower and two sinks. Through an iron staircase with an industrial flavor, you can access the first floor where the spacious living room with 4k projector and 120"robotic screen with Netflix, first videos, youtube, and a modular corner sofa that, if necessary, with the use of a topper, becomes a very comfortable double bed. From the living room you can access the luxurious master room with queen size bed, 5-meter high ceilings and large windows that will make you enjoy breathtaking sunsets. always on the first floor another double room with single beds and glass and iron floors in pure industrial style throughout the house there are motorized skylights that guarantee natural light and air throughout the apartment. Maximum comfort is guaranteed by a modern heating and cooling system. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and 1 parking space inside the garage. Other things to note Before your arrival you will provide all the necessary instructions to check in with the utmost simplicity and on your own. The accommodation must be left inside the apartment and amounts to €3 per person per day.
