This cozy getaway features 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and two inviting gathering spaces for a perfect memorable stay in the San Juans. After a day in the mountains store your outdoor gear in the spacious entryway, with multiple boot dryers and ample storage for your outer gear. A high-capacity washer and dryer are provided, as well. Step into the open concept floor plan of the first floor living area and kitchen, one of two gathering spaces in the home . Prepare a well-deserved meal together after a full day of adventure or enjoy a meal prepared for you at one of Ouray's local restaurants, just 1/2 block away on Main Street. After dinner relax on the new ultra-cozy and spacious corduroy u-shaped sectional sofa, in the second floor sitting room and watch a movie on the new 65-inch Smart TV or play your favorite card game. The upstairs primary Ensuite bedroom features a King bed, full bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a sitting room. The adjoining sitting room is the perfect space to take in the local Ouray mountain views, stretch out and read a book, or just enjoy your favorite beverage and take in the local mountain views. The second and third bedrooms, located on the first floor, feature queen beds and full bathroom with bathtub/shower just outside of the bedrooms. Bed Configuration: Primary Ensuite Bedroom with Adjacent Sitting Room - King (2nd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen (1st Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Queen (1st Floor) Property Disclosures: - While we don't have a dishwasher, our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for hand-washing dishes. - Please note that, like many homes in Ouray, Tumble Inn does not have air conditioning. - Guests are welcome to park up to two regular sized vehicles in front of the home. Free trailer and RV parking is available in the overflow parking lot at the west end of 9th Ave. or there is trailer/RV parking on a first-come first-served basis along 2nd Street, where parking is allowed. - Intermittent construction is underway behind this home and almost completed. Construction crews are limited to operations Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm. ABOUT THE AREA Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities with everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation! Enjoy riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, fishing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, cross-country skiing, or downhill skiing in Telluride. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or climbing at Ouray's world-famous Ice Park! After your adventures, enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment, and the Ouray Hot Springs Pool! Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
