Situated in central Uluwatu and a short drive from beaches, it offers easy access to cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Featuring 2-bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living area, and a combined dining/kitchen, this villa is perfect for everyone. Outside, you’ll find a swimming pool for soaking up the tropical ambiance, along with open parking for a few bikes and storage space for your belongings. The space We are strategically located in the centre of Uluwatu but still within distance to all the major hotspots, no less than 10-15mins to reach Bingin, Padang Padang, Melasti beaches. The street is in a quiet area surrounded by jungle off the Uluwatu-Jimbaran main road. We live in an area with the local community so please refrain from any late night loud parties. By all means, we encourage having friends or family over but please keep the noise down once it gets late. After using your unique code to get in, you're welcomed into the large courtyard and pool area that is perfect for soaking up the Bali sun. Entering through the large sliding doors, you step into the open living/dining/kitchen which is perfect for entertaining each guest. Have your favourite show/movie on the TV while you cook dinner for everybody. Downstairs you'll also find the laundry room and half-bathroom. Walking up the stairs and into the 2 large size bedrooms each with their own bathroom, you'll be living in luxury! Full of amenities and ready to wash off the day at the beach before jumping into bed with freshly-washed linen sheets. What makes us unique are all of the personal touches we've added - universal outlets so no one needs an adapter (who wants to carry that around everywhere...), specially crafted linen sheets on both beds, luxury dining tableware and cutlery etc. Other things to note !!!NOTICE FOR CONSTRUCTION!!! There will be construction on the empty plot next to the villa starting with the noisiest months being the first 3 months for groundwork and slab laying. The price has been adjusted to reflect this inconvenience! Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. We have a full-time cleaner that is available Monday-Sunday at your request. Pool and gardener come every Wednesday and Saturday mornings. We can also arrange transportation to and from the airport for a flat rate. Disclaimer: There is some surrounding construction in the area but we got confirmation that they have finished all structural construction and are in their remaining month. The construction team follows strict working hours Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. While there are times when it is quiet, there may be occasional noise during working hours. Because of this, we’ve also added some privacy film onto some of the windows for your safety and privacy. The price has been reflected because of this.
