Guest access When you arrive at Maxwell Beach Villas, your key will be in a keybox in the lobby, and details for access are sent a few days before check-in. As you walk up the steps to the villa, there are four black and grey boxes with numbers on them. Select your box number, pull down the black shutter door and enter your code, then pull the black release button on the left to open the box. The key will have a grey key fob on it. To the left of the locked boxes is an intercom and above the intercom is a grey keypad. Swipe the fob in front of the keypad and that will open the entrance door to the building. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but we can be reached by mobile phone (provided before check-in) should you have any questions.
