Other things to note * A rental vehicle is recommended (SUV or Kawasaki-like vehicle strongly recommended) to move around Culebra. Golf carts are not recommended and cannot access the house parking lot. If you rent a golf cart, please note that parking will need to be outside the property's main gate. * Aqua shoes are highly recommended for Melones Beach* * This property is not suitable children under 3 years old. The pool is not fenced, and the balcony and terraces are elevated. A full release and waiver are required for any minors (under 18-years) staying at the property. * Nature surroundings: The house is set in nature, where you may encounter wildlife such as deer, ants, wasps, bees, spiders, non-venous snakes, tropical insects, roosters, various birds, lizards, and more. If you are allergic to stings or bites, please ensure to bring the necessary medication. Water usage: The house is self-sustaining in terms of water supply, as it collects rainwater. Please be mindful of your water usage. Backup generator: Please note that the house does not have a backup generator. In case of power outage, you may experience temporary interruptions in electricity. While uncommon, these interruptions are typically brief as the house is located close to town and the main hospital, ensuring power is restored promptly.
