The house has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom. In addition, the house is equipped with all the amenities so you don't need anything. The space The house is located in one of the highest areas of Santa Lucía, providing a cooler and more pleasant climate than downtown. On the first floor, the house has a large open concept space that includes a living room, dining room, bar, kitchen, a guest bathroom, laundry area, and a terrace with a hot tub to relax outdoors. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms of equal size, each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom features a balcony, ideal for enjoying the view and the quiet atmosphere. Two full-size air mattresses are available if needed. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and all of its interior spaces, except for the internal and external storage, which will remain closed. Other things to note The slope of the access street is 15 degrees and that of the parking lot is 19 degrees. All paved but the maximum recommended vehicle length is 5m Parking is for two vehicles and you could also leave a vehicle outside the property.
