It's a 5-minute walk from the airport limousine boarding, and there's a convenience store and a coin laundry room in the building. There are many amenities nearby such as restaurants/cafes, movie theaters, and parks. Sanbonodeo public parking tower, central shopping mall underground parking lot : 700 KRW for the first 30 minutes, 200 KRW every 10 minutes after Other things to note If you exceed the★ base number (2 persons) Adults and children (24 + months) - 20,000 KRW (bedding provided) # We also need the help of our guests to maintain the bed bug cleaning area! -Please do not put suitcases, bags, coats, etc. on the bed when you go out. - Please do not leave suitcases, bags, etc. on the bed, and leave them as far away as possible. # Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes)!!! - In fact, if you are caught smoking in the house, you will incur an additional cost of 200,000 won. You may be contacted directly from the district office due to a penalty. No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes, please. # No cooking foods with a strong smell and splashing oil - As a host, I care about cleanliness the most. Please do not cook food that is concerned about smells and contamination. (No smelly dishes, marathang, pork belly, grilled fish, etc.) - If the degree of odor and contamination is severe, additional cleaning fees may be charged. # Noise refrain - Please refrain from making noise after 10 pm at night as it is a residential space shared with several neighbors. Excessive noise and complaints will result in immediate departure without refund. # No loss & damage & theft - In case of loss, damage, or theft of items in the accommodation, a penalty amount will be incurred.
