Sanbon Rodeo Public Parking Tower, Central Shopping Center Underground Parking Lot : 700 KRW for the first 30 minutes, 200 KRW every 10 minutes thereafter Other things to note ★ When exceeding the standard number of people (2 people) Adults and children (24 months or older) - 20,000 KRW (bedding provided) # We also need your help to maintain a bed bug-free zone! -Please do not put your carrier, bag, coat, etc. on the bed. -Do not attach carriers, bags, etc. to the bed, and place them as far away as possible. # No smoking (including e-cigarettes)!!! -If you are caught smoking in the accommodation, an additional cost of 200,000 KRW will be incurred. Penalties may be imposed and the ward office may contact the guest directly. No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes, please. # No cooking of foods with strong smells and fried foods - As a host, I care about cleanliness the most. Please do not cook food that may cause odor or contamination. (No smelly cooking, marathong, pork belly, grilled fish, etc!) -If the smell and contamination are severe, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. # Refrain from making noise -Please refrain from making noise after 10pm as this is a residential space shared with multiple neighbors. In case of excessive noise or complaints, you will be immediately removed without a refund. # Prohibit Loss & Damage & Theft -If the items provided in the accommodation are lost, damaged, or stolen, a penalty will be incurred.
