Enjoy relaxing evenings around the electric fire pit, or have a BBQ with friends on the spacious balconies. We keep our pool open seasonally for the summer and will be closed in the cold months of fall, winter, and spring. There is an RV parking area behind the pool area which is closed to guests. Any storage closets or rooms locked are closed to guests. Other things to note 🚫 Zero-Tolerance No-Smoking Policy For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property—indoors or outdoors. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, vaping devices, and e-cigarettes. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees and immediate removal from the property. ⸻ 👟 No Shoes Indoors To maintain our home’s cleanliness and preserve the newly updated flooring, we kindly ask all guests to remove their shoes upon entry. Many rugs throughout the home are new and light-colored, and the patio, deck, and garage floors were recently refinished. This simple rule helps us keep the home fresh, hygienic, and beautiful for every guest. ⸻ 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties, events, or large unapproved gatherings are not permitted. However, these items may occasionally be unavailable due to routine maintenance, repairs, or replacement.
