Perfectly located in Playa La Madera, Zihua's most desirable area. Nice clean room with king size bed. Your own private bathroom and balcony. The room has a secure lock. New and very fast ceiling fan. No air conditioner, it is not needed because it is fresh at night. Guests have access to the outdoor patio and garden area that has a table and chairs and hammock. I provide free use of a hielera for the beach or at home. The house is very safe and in the center of the tourist zone at Playa La Madera. Though it is a tourist area, the house and street are usually quiet after 10pm. * The house is 4:20 and LGBTQ+ friendly. Guests may smoke only on the patio, not in their room or on the balcony or anywhere else inside the house. * Clothes washing machine is not for guest use. Guest access You have your own private room with a locking door. King sized bed, private bathroom, and balcony. Guest may also use my outdoor garden/patio space that has a table and chairs and a hammock. You may also use the living room. * Washing machine is not for guest use. * Guests may keep some food and drinks in my fridge if there is space. No cooking on the stove please or creating dirty dishes. During your stay I live here and work here in the house and have a relaxed lifestyle. Though it is a tourist area, the house and street are usually quiet after 10pm.
