Balconies: • The property features two expansive balconies, each with its own fire pit. These spaces offer stunning views and a cozy atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or a warm gathering on cooler nights. Pool and Jacuzzi: • Our sparkling pool and jacuzzi are the jewels of the outdoor space. Office Spaces: • For those who need to stay connected, the home includes an office with a full desk setup. Additionally, one of the bedrooms also houses a desk area, providing ample space for work or study needs without disrupting the tranquility of your stay. Dart Board: • Located on the upstairs patio, the dart board area provides a fun and competitive way to spend your evenings. Guest access As our valued guests, you are welcome to enjoy all parts of the house during your stay. Feel free to make yourself comfortable in any of the rooms and utilize all the amenities provided for your pleasure and convenience. Please Note: • Restricted Access: The shed located in the garage is not accessible to guests as it is used for private storage and is kept locked at all times. • Pool Pump Settings: For your safety and to ensure proper maintenance of our pool facilities, we kindly request that you do not adjust or tamper with the settings on the pool pump located outside. We have designed these guidelines to ensure that all features of the home are kept in perfect condition for both your enjoyment and the enjoyment of future guests. Heating of the Jacuzzi is included complimentary during your stay. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that the heater for the pool and jacuzzi is currently undergoing repairs and heating is temporarily unavailable.
