You can bathe in the lagoon in front of the house or relax in the Jacuzzi overlooking the Lagoon. The space The house is located on a large plot of land on the shores of the Lagoon in the Ponta do Daniel neighborhood in Laguna-SC. The place is immersed in nature and has an amazing view of the Lagoon and the Anita Garibaldi cable-stayed bridge, the city's postcard. The property is private, secure and has 4 houses for rent. All with private access and parking spaces in front of the house. RESIDENCIAL COSTA DA LAGOA is 16 km from Laguna's Historic Center and 18 km from Mar Grosso Beach (the city's main beach). It is possible to get around by car or boat to the Historic Center, Barra de Laguna and restaurants by the lagoon such as the renowned “Geraldo Restaurante” and “Boião Restaurante”. For guests who have boats, there is also the option of going to the supermarket by boat. The "Lider" and "Angeloni" supermarkets in Laguna have a mooring pier. Other details: - The internet is fast and stable with a router inside the house. - We provide bath towels, face towels, bedding, duvet and pillows. - The place is easily accessible, by paved roads and has an enclosed, uncovered parking lot in front of the house. - There's a grill, skewers, knife and barbecue utensils. - Small to medium-sized pets are allowed. - There are mini markets, restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and general stores in the neighborhood about 1.5 km from the property. Guest access The guest will have exclusive and private access to the house, as well as shared access to the entire outdoor area of the property, with sand courts, a pier, and SUP and kayak rentals. Other things to note Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out: until 11 a.m. HOUSE RULES **Pets:** Only 1 pet (small or medium-sized dog or cat) is allowed per stay. Please let us know you are bringing a pet before confirming your reservation or consult us in case of any exceptions. **Parties and visitors:** Parties and visitors are not allowed on the property. **Basic items, bed linen and towels** Included in all stays: - Bedding: bottom sheet, sheet, pillowcases, light blanket, duvet and pillows. - Towels: 1 bath towel per guest and 1 face towel. We provide some basic items such as: liquid soap, toilet paper, detergent, sponge, coffee, sugar. However, we will not replace these items during the stay. There will be no cleaning, tidying, change of towels and bed linen. **Regarding damage to property** The house will be under the responsibility of the guest on the days rented. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by guests during their stay, such as (stained or torn towels and bed linen, stained or torn mattress, damage to furniture and appliances, curtains or any item in the house).
