The apartment is part of a building in a renovated building, with a separate entrance, on the ground floor and private parking. The furniture is new and modern. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring constant privacy. The apartment is convenient for those who have to participate in the fairs as it is close to the Pordenone fair area (500 meters), or to the events that take place in the center of Pordenone as it is only 300 meters from the city's historic center. The space Upon arriving at the apartment, you can park your car in the private parking lot in front of the front door. Inside the apartment, you can benefit from a home automation air conditioning system in all rooms (adjustable in all rooms) and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The apartment consists of a living area with a comfortable kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction cooktop. In the living area, there is a TV, sofa, table, and wardrobe. A hallway leads to the bedroom with three single beds (two of which can be joined to form a double bed), an open wardrobe with drawers and a second television.
