The apartment is part of a building in a renovated building, with a separate entrance, on the ground floor and private parking. The furniture is new and modern. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring constant privacy. The apartment is convenient for those who have to participate in the fairs as it is close to the Pordenone fair area (500 meters), or to the events that take place in the center of Pordenone as it is only 300 meters from the city's historic center. The space Upon arriving at the apartment, you can park your car in the private parking lot in front of the front door. Inside the apartment, you can benefit from a home automation air conditioning system in all rooms (adjustable in all rooms) and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The apartment consists of a living area with a comfortable kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction cooktop. In the living area, there is a TV, sofa, table, and wardrobe. A hallway leads to the bedroom with three single beds (two of which can be joined to form a double bed), an open wardrobe with drawers and a second television. The room is equipped with blankets and bed linens. The bathroom is equipped with standard bathroom fixtures, a washing machine, a dryer, towels and a large glass shower. Near the apartment there are free parking lots, first of all the one right in front of the apartment, across the street. The main multi-storey parking lots (with an average rate of 40 cents/h) near the center of Pordenone are: Parcheggio Oberdan (near Corso Garibardi), Parcheggio Candiani (near the Railway Station), Parcheggio Vallona (near Piazza XX Settembre), parking on Via Rivierasca (near Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and the apartment) and Parcheggio Marcolin (which is free in some areas). Other things to note The tourist tax is not applied in the province of Pordenone. Therefore, for any type of stay and any duration, our guests will not have to pay any type of supplement. However, in Italy, all guests are required to register on the police station portal. To this end, guest documents will be required. The property is located 3 km (3 minutes by car) from the A28 - Pordenone highway exit, 500 meters from the fair (7 minutes walk) and 1 km from the train station (15 minutes walk). In addition, it is near the San Giorgio Polyclinic (San Giorgio Nursing Home): 900 meters on foot, 1.9 km by car (3 minutes). The first supermarket is a 13-minute walk. There is no shortage of bike paths and places for evening walks, bars and restaurants in the area, as the apartment is a 1-minute walk from the Adam and Eve Bridge (which connects the historic center to the San Gregorio district).
