The space The apartment, about 60 square meters, has been recently renovated and is functionally and elegantly furnished, with the aim of offering a comfortable and pleasant stay, also from an aesthetic point of view. The spaces are divided into a bright living area with a living room and an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a veranda terrace, ideal as an additional living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with: -induction floor -dishwasher -microonde - eSpring water purifier with dedicated tap, a choice designed for the well-being of guests and respect for the environment. The living area includes a coffee area with a Lavazza capsule machine, a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, a 45" smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, ideal for remote working or gaming sessions. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with two independent splits, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, to ensure maximum comfort in every room and in every season. The laundry room is large and functional, equipped with a washing machine and sink, particularly convenient for medium-long stays. The bedroom is spacious and designed for those who need to stay even for extended periods: it has large wardrobes, luggage rack and 160x200 double bed with PerDormire memory foam mattress, designed to ensure quality rest. There is also a large and comfortable desk for remote working, accompanied by a second 50" smart TV. From the bedroom window you can admire the Bell Tower of San Marco, a historic symbol of the city, a detail that makes the environment even more characteristic. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE - for bookings of 2 people: The apartment is set up with the double bed already prepared. If you prefer to sleep separately and also want to use the sofa bed, we ask you to let us know in advance: we will be happy to arrange it for you. In this case, there is a €20 fee for additional linen. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and guarantees total privacy during the stay. It is on the third floor (with an elevator). Other things to note As required by Italian law, after booking, an identity document will be required for each guest (identity card for EU citizens, passport for non-EU citizens).
