The space This condo is steps from Cherry Street. There are two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second level, and a sofa bed in the living room on the third level that sleeps 2. There is patio/deck off the third level with a hot tub that is the star of the show! There is a wet-bar in the living room. This is a 3 story property. The kitchen, dining area, and patio with grill on the main entry level. Guest access There will be a link sent to you via SMS where Door code and check-in instruction will be available. You will see a digital door lock on the entry door. To UNLOCK the door, enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the Schlage button at the top. Please note that entering your code when the door is unlocked will also lock the door. Garage Parking: You will be provided with a garage door opener upon your arrival inside of the property. Please make sure to return the opener before checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee. This will allow you to park your vehicle securely in the garage. Please use the garage solely for parking purposes. Please note that there is NO access into the house from the garage. You will have to walk around to the front door to get in and out of the house. Other things to note For your safety and ours, a security camera is installed on the balcony where the hot tub is located. We respect your privacy and do not actively monitor the footage. However, for liability purposes related to the hot tub and balcony, we may review recordings if an issue arises. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. There is a small one car garage for use. The biggest car you can fit is a mid size sedan, like a Camry. It is a tight fit and backing in may be the best option. There is free street parking as well on Quincy. You cannot block the driveway in front of the condo.
