Guest access We’re located in a peaceful neighborhood, yet only: • 4 minutes by motorbike (or a 20-minute walk) to Uluwatu’s main beaches and local hotspots • 20 minutes from Nusa Dua and Jimbaran • 40 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport in not peak hours. • 45 minutes to Kuta and Seminyak Nearby you’ll also find gyms, yoga studios, and wellness spas—just a 5-minute ride away. Other things to note The parking area is only for motorbikes. There is no car parking. As with many areas in Bukit, development is ongoing, and there may be construction nearby on adjacent land (not part of our property). Work typically takes place from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. While noise is generally minimal and hasn’t been an issue with past guests, we want to be transparent so you can plan your stay accordingly.
