The open-concept kitchen, family room, and breakfast room are surrounded by windows offering panoramic views of the mountains and forest, including Amicalola Falls. The family room features a vaulted ceiling, a large TV, and a stone fireplace (serves as decoration only, not for use). The terrace level den, also with a stone fireplace (serves as decoration only, not for use), has a large TV perfect for movie nights. Relax in the hot tub on the terrace level deck and watch for wildlife in the woods. Kitchen & Dining The well-equipped kitchen with a large island is perfect for preparing meals. The main level deck features a dining area and grill with million-dollar views. The indoor dining area, seating six, also offers panoramic views. Beds & Bathrooms The master bedroom on the main floor has a vaulted ceiling, king bed, and recently updated bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. Enjoy sunrise views over the mountains from your bed. Another main level bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bath with tub/shower, and a private balcony. The terrace level includes the Cardinal Room with a queen bed and forest views, and the Bear Room with a full-size bed. The recently updated bathroom has a tub/shower and sink in one room, and a separate toilet and sink. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
