The space The apartment is located in La Punta, the best neighborhood in Puerto Escondido for bars, restaurants, surfing, and a laid back beach town vibe. The town has an 11pm curfew, meaning it’s quiet if you want to sleep but only 5 minutes from Zicatela zone if you want to party. The apartment has two bedrooms, with memory foam mattresses, ACs, and fans for freshness. All the furniture is handmade by local carpenters, supporting the community and giving the apartment an authentic local touch. Enjoy the fresh cross breeze from the ocean, views of the water, or a dip in your own private pool. Guest access Access the space key free with a door code provided during check in. Other things to note Puerto Escondido frequently experiences power cuts, but you’re in luck! This apartment has invested in a solar and battery backup system to limit the impact to you during a power outage. You can continue using the internet, kitchen, lights, etc while everyone else is in a power outage. (Note: due to the high consumption of the air conditioning systems, they will not function in case of an outage). Please be considerate of neighbors and keep the noise down after 11pm. Gracias!
