The space The apartment is approximately 100 sqm, recently renovated, and very quiet, as it features double-glazed windows overlooking the inner courtyard in a very peaceful residential area. There is an elevator. It consists of: • a living room with kitchen (with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.); • a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed; • another double bedroom; • two full bathrooms. A foldable crib and a high chair are available for free upon request. Total comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, hairdryer in the bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen utensils. All linens are professionally washed and sanitized. Three towels are provided for each guest. For those traveling by car, there is an ATM-covered parking lot near the apartment.
