It has a living room with various amenities, such as a soundbar and smart TVs with access to YouTube Premium and Prime Video, as well as streaming channels. Oh, there's also a guitar! ;-) There are three bedrooms: a suite with air conditioning, dresser, television and double bed; a bedroom with double bed, coat rack and fan; and another bedroom with single bed, wardrobe and fan. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove with gas oven, air fryer, coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery and basic utensils. On the outside of the house there is a balcony with a hammock, tables and chairs, as well as a swimming pool connected with the green area and a barbecue (with automated skewers and other accessories). There is also a playground with various children's toys. The outdoor area is very spacious and bright, with a decorative LED lighting design, which lights up automatically at dusk. All rooms have Wi-Fi internet access with high-speed fiber optics. The region allows connection with mobile operators. We provide clean linens and towels, as well as an iron and hairdryer. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. Tip: Take a short hike on the farm and climb the Pedra Encantada (a granite rock formation) to see the sunset. A spectacle in itself! Guest access The keys and the automatic gate control will be made available to the guest once the reservation is confirmed. A password will be generated for collection from the key safe installed at the property's access portal.
