Les Dos Nines. A cozy and unique country house

It is a charming house, with two rooms with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Well decorated, tidy and clean. It has ventilation and natural light in all the rooms. Located in the historic center of the town, you can access all amenities on foot, the distances are short. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars... 1 minute walk. Public pool a 10-minute walk away. Valencia city is a 30-minute drive away. Beach 30 minutes away by car. The space The house has two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In one of them there is a desk and wifi so you can work. If you come with a baby, with prior notice, we can provide a crib. Please contact me to arrange check-in. Guest access The house has a living room, a toilet, and a kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. You can make use of all areas and enjoy it freely. Of course, it's my house, please take care of it as if it were yours. In addition, it has air conditioning and heating on both floors. Other things to note No parties can be held in the house and, in addition, respect for the neighbors' rest is essential, especially between midnight and 8:00 AM. No smoking. Wi-Fi must be used responsibly. It cannot be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes. For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist dwelling.
