The space has been thoughtfully renovated with stylish finishes and soft lighting, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The layout includes a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette equipped with almost everything you can find in your normal kitchen, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every detail — from the crisp linens to the minimalist décor — has been curated to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire suite during their stay. Located on the first floor, the suite is easily accessible via a short staircase, offering privacy and comfort. Check-in is fully self-service through a secure lockbox, allowing flexibility for late arrivals. All essential amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning, are provided for your convenience. Other things to note This is a self check-in property. For safety reasons and to comply with local regulations, we require a passport or ID photo to release the check-in instructions. Please be aware that, to comply with new Greek short-term rental regulations, smoke-alarm detectors have been installed in all of our managed properties; therefore, smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. * The suite is located in a quiet residential area close to metro stations Attiki and Sepolia, providing quick access to central Athens and all major attractions. * Fresh towels, toiletries, and linens are provided for each stay. * Housekeeping service can be arranged for longer stays upon request. * Late check-out or early check-in may be possible depending on availability.Please note that ID / PASSPORT photo is needed in accordance with local law, prior to check in.
