Bookings from unmarried couples are not accepted. 2. All guests must provide valid NID or passport copies before check-in. 3. Main gate and lift close at 11:00 PM; late check-in requires prior notice. 4. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults per room. 5. No unregistered visitors without prior approval. 6. No drugs, illegal activities, firearms, or hazardous materials. 7. No loud music, parties, or events without prior approval. 8. Smoking is allowed only on balconies. 9. Keep property secure by locking doors/windows when leaving. 10. Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. 11. Cleaners and caretakers will enter the apartment between 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM for cleaning, and may enter at other times if necessary for maintenance or safety. 12. Check-out time is 10:30 AM; late check-out requires prior approval. 13. Early departure or no-show is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. 14. Dispose of waste properly in designated bins. 15. Any damage or lost items (keys, remote etc) will incur a replacement fee. 16. Management reserves the right to enter the apartment at any time in case of emergency or safety concerns. 17. Management is not responsible for service disruptions beyond our control, such as power outages, internet failures, or natural disasters. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
