Stadlerino - Tiny loft in Venice

If you are looking for a small loft, just 15 minutes from the historic center, ideal for short stays, where you can rest with all the comforts after a day spent visiting Venice or its surroundings... well... then you are in the right place! A compact, but well-equipped space, recently renovated and above all you will have all my support for any questions or needs I will do my best to be the Superhost you deserve, to ensure a great outcome to your stay. The space Once you enter the small loft, it will be all for you. You will find a connected kitchen and living room, at the end of the hallway the bedroom. The room has a double bed and you can only add a crib or a small child's bed. The bathroom has no windows, but it has an effective suction system and the door is adjacent to the living room. It consists of an anti-bathroom with mirror and sink and a second part with the bathroom fixtures and shower. We provide all the necessary clean linens for the bed, kitchen and bathroom. In the hallway between the living room and bedroom, you will find a closet containing a washing machine and cleaning accessories. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob and kettle, as well as all the necessary dishes and pots. In the entrance, there is a small bookcase where you will also find a box with some first aid items. Inside the fridge you will find a bottle of wine, a couple of non-alcoholic beers and water; also on the kitchen counter there will be some snacks, tea and coffee that you can safely serve yourself. The house has air conditioning and I wholeheartedly hope you can feel welcomed and comfortable. Guest access Dear travelers, outside the door, under the mailbox you will find this small black box, which you can safely open with the code that I will send you directly via messages, in any case for any problem I will be with you in person in about 15 minutes and I will often try to stop by to greet you in person. Other things to note I have 3 dogs and we welcome owners of small or large furry friends.
