Disconnect with your partner or family and get out of the routine to relax in our duplex apartment located by the sea. We want you to enjoy - as much as we do - our little home approximately 300 meters from the beach! With two avenues close with a variety of restaurants and bars where you can eat, drink and relax. In addition, if you like to stay active it is also perfect for walking or jogging along the sea avenue. The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with love. The space The flat is approx. 85 square metres including the balconies. It is located on the 1st floor (stairs). When you come in through the door, you enter the living area directly. To the left there is a room with dining table and adjoining living room. From there you have direct access to the balcony. The complex is situated on a slope so you can enjoy the sea view from the balcony in 2nd row. To the right of the entrance is the kitchen with standard equipment and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the small adjoining utility room. There is also a guest WC on the 1st floor On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the rooms (guest room) faces the street with a 1.60m wide sofa bed and a small desk with computer monitor. The master bedroom has a small balcony and faces the sea. With the door open, it is ideal for sleeping to the sound of the sea. It has a double bed (1,60m wide, separate mattress), wardrobe and chest of drawers are available The spacious bathroom is also located on the 2nd floor with a shower/bathtub. Guest access The flat is part of an apartment complex. The complex is spacious, but the buildings have a maximum of 2 floors. There is a pool in the centre of the complex, which is available to all residents for free use. Sun loungers are also available for relaxing outside the pool. There is also an underground parking with one reserved space. Despite the size of the complex, great importance is attached to tidiness and silence. It is more of an "oasis" of quietness, which the residents greatly appreciate. It is therefore asked to follow the rules of the facility and to be considerate of the other residents. Other things to note Location: The flat is located in Candelaria on the south side of the island. This side is the warmer side of the island and the weather is much warmer and sunnier. It is very centrally located close to the capital Santa Cruz (approx. 20 minutes by car). The higher old town of La Laguna is also about 20 minutes away by car. From this central location you can reach Tenerife South Airport in approx. 30 minutes (by car). The tourist centre in the "south" (Playa Las Americas) is 40 minutes away by car. You can also easily reach the north of the island and can be in Puerto de la Cruz, for example, in approx. 30 minutes by car. Candelaria itself is not a very touristy town, apart from the impressive "Basilica of Candelaria". Many locals live here (also in the apartment complex) and often work in the nearby larger towns (Santa Cruz or La Laguna). It is a town that covers all areas of daily life without the disadvantages of a big city. Immediate surroundings: The complex can be left via the upper entrance. The "main" street (Avenida with central promenade) with many shops, cafés, bakeries and supermarkets can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot. If you leave the complex in the lower area, you are directly on the beach promenade. Beaches with the typical black volcanic sand (usually somewhat coarser / fine gravel) are directly accessible from this promenade. On the main beaches, breakwaters in front make it easier to swim in the Atlantic. There are also many different restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk along the promenade.
